Learn the basics of stand-up paddleboarding with our Private Beginner Lessons at ottawasup. Our experienced instructors will have you up and feeling confident with proper technique in just one hour with an additional optional hour after to perfect your skills. All equipment, including a PFD, is provided, making it the perfect introduction to this exciting sport. Children 13 years and younger are welcome with parental supervision.
